Why? You do all the work for them and they do nothing. They don't have any right to reduce your pay if you do the same amount of work or more. Unions and Coops prevents this.

Competition in the market prevents that. Unions are bloated bureaucracy. "They" took risks and built a company that I now work for. They do a lot more than "nothing".

Maybe Unions have bureaucracy but so do Corporations. And Corporations have a lot more bloat than Unions.

And yes it's true that they initially took risks to build the company but once they started growing larger, that's when they start doing less until they stop working all together.

DYK that Capitalists are actually Anti-Competition in the markets? Larger corporations push out the smaller guys until they are the only games in town for employment and purchasing.

Crony capitalism =/= capitalism. We are both opposed to crony capitalism.

Capitalism is cronys. The only ones in Capitalism that have any real power are the cronys. Thankfully we both agree that BCH takes power away from cronys.
