All these news sites throwing up paywalls are just encouraging people to ignore established journalism and get their news online from completely unreputable sources like Reddit, Twitter and well... potentially Memo.
In a near Idiocracy like era, people will always choose to save their money rather than pay some company like the WSJ out of some moral obligation for the truth that few have anymore.
