Creating decentralized anti-spam measures I suppose is not so hard? Different lists of what to filter may be circulated and improved+updated over time
With live anti-spam-resistant spam, you may want pay-for antispam, which may be more centralized. But if the platform is decentralized and only spam-filter isn't, maybe that's OK?
