I haven't seen any of them, I have seen some CCP agents though, I am pretty sure. More than a couple times, but at least two.
each state has a similar system they use and the most annoying of the Bumper Sticker Traffic Ops by far are the Mickey AVP Ops. this is technically what some would consider entry level
and in order to prevent the Ops confusing each other in traffic, they are required to show ID 24/7, through the use of a bumper sticker. there are a few levels of Bumper Sticker Ops
to be undercover, and in cover at the same time. Undercover Ops drive ridiculously slow, to "control" traffic, In Cover Ops are in plane sight with big white vehicles and flashy lights
limit, or the Truck Ops, driving massive diesel trucks in all lanes of traffic, usually 10 below the speed limit? Heres the hack though...law enforcement doesnt have enough resources
