I doubt very much that printing money "always" works. There are problems with it actually, apart from the fact that the inflation it leads to is itself a "hidden tax".
It _Always_ works. when they print more than reasonable the inflation inevitably destroys the power of the government. problem solved.
If getting rid of the state is your goal, then I don't see why not go directly for the state, say it needs to be smaller or removed completely or whatever it is you want.
States never surrender power over their own people. The Magna Carta is often held up as an example but people ignore the violence involved in that. Today it is Tory toilet paper.
Or maybe I should say, it seems you really mean to say, "this doesn't work, cause the state will collapse, but that's a good thing". Obviously when people hear you suggest a new tax...
