Being open source and having obsolete code available publicly are completely different matters.
But it still can be fixed whenever someone is willing to put in the effort and why do say the code is not publicly available if there is a

There is a repo with useless code.
That's a shame if that is true I may have to start pulling away from
#Memo. I hope it's not
