Did you see someone on r/btc today claiming that some police in Poland confiscated their BCH claiming it was illegal? The whole story sounds kind of fake to me.
If he got his BCH for selling drugs, it's illegal.😉 By the way, how can BCH be confiscated?
taking his hdd and tricking him to give the password and then he will get smaller sentence. the reality is the opposite, if they dont have the password, they have less evidence.
