Its an energy crisis created by lack of natural gas. But the problem if the lack of energy, not the lack of the gas alone - you cant fix it by converting one type of energy to another.
About 30% of gas used by homes, 30% by factories, the rest is being converted to electricity in power plants. If there is not enough gas, even the electricity has to be rationed.
