the kids are only doing what their parents tell them. There are many ways out of the situation. Parents could stay home, could build a wall to stop caravans, could build more detention
cntrs & increase their budgets, could release illegal immigrants into the country, could not bother having a border. The easiest would be to increase the budgets of the detention cntrs
