No plane is in that video, and landing gear isn't evidence of a plane crash.
They were also doing construction on that section of the building that was hit, they could have easily been planting plane parts in there.
Doing minor renovation inside does not make it possible to bring in debris that large.
Also if construction workers were involved it would have been never kept secret. Workers gossip.
