Memo has been working on scaling out the backend. 10 million is a lot though

Member can pricess about 100 trx/sec. We'd need some new scaling approaches in excess of that.

I think Memo / member would collapse with the burden that noise.cash is already under.

BCH can handle this. I doubt Memo can handle it. If there were 10 mil new users the price of BCH would go through the roof so Memo could hire some world class Devs to help them.
