...do something stimulating, like reading or exercising. As such, I'm convinced there's a point where sleeping becomes more of a hassle than being productive.
I think so, too. I don't know about you, but I was taught a 24-hour day is best allocated in thirds: eight hours for work, eight hours for play (leisure), and eight hours for sleep.
