I don't remember ever rating a user. In fact didn't even know that is possible. I always use Memo and just came at Member.cash. It says I have rated Inna 2 stars and she has rated me 2 stars.
If you mute someone on Memo, Member interprets that as a 2 star rating.
You should ignore that habit of people.Write valuable contents sooner you will reach higher rating as good people like this.Don't lose hope.

The % is a Memo rating - the number of people you follow who follow you back I think.
Rating Members improves the quality of your web of trust.
