It most likely is just a blogger, and there is no real lawyer. Just a fake story about one. Even if there is one he is just a mouth piece for his clients.
None of that matters because you can't sue the vaccine makers for calling them a vaccine instead of gene therapy. No one cares about the semantics and bullshit.

I listen to actual attorneys who go after pharma companies. Not fake blogs that make these non issues into stories. Even the people who hate big pharma think the vaccine is safe.
