He is spouting crap, at the very least conflating block size and possible increase of op_return data sizes or suchlike.
Then why did FreeTrade immediately comment about how the TPS limit is really 11 TPS under Amaury's soft-cap? You can hide your head in the sand, but it doesn't change the facts.
I would guess it is higher now, I think some miners raised their block size maximums in response to that stress test.
