I have not been paying attention or studying these details. Is not BCH going to be fully mined at roughly the same time?
BCH is about a month ahead of BTC due to early "emergency difficulty adjustments". Compare their block heights.
It's ahead because corrupt SHA256 miners (Jihan and friends) attacked it (rapid mined it) after the split. The new difficulty change algorithm was a response to their attack.

Crypto currencies benefit from all central banks printing money. Any time a central bank issues/prints more money it benefits crypto currency.
