I actually tried to register with the BitClout, but when I saw that they require phone number and only support BTC, I gave up.
I did see a few crypto influencers calling it a scam, and after hearing scottcbusiness's video and the fact that their encryption isn't really secure at all plus those, well...Best to not follow through and just watch through the sidelines. Member was able to relay BitClout posts, after all. Who knows how insecure must it really be to be compat with Memo...
there are some very scammy parts to it. Some very interesting parts too. it's a mixed bag
I decided to use Memo again anyway. This BitClout is just annoying.
Like Memo, it's an open database of content, that's something I like about it.
