I tried to start a conversation on this with https://memo.cash/topic/Censorship+resistant+storage , but it seems it was mostly ignored.

It's a tricky nut to crack. IPFS sounds good, but difficult to figure out how to pay people for the service indefinitely.

The video I provided on IPFS talks a bit about FileCoin, which is supposed to solve this problem. I have not really looked into whether it actually does.
