I don't know if Section 230 needs to be rescinded, but the question really is, does it apply to places like Youtube,Facebook,Twitter when they start curating posts & become editors. In
| that case, they are taking responsibility for the content, & should be liable for failure to police it, unless it can be shown they made their best faith effort.
Now, another
| question is, do we actually need the law. If someone walks into your coffeeshop & posts something obscene & you don't notice it right away, are you liable for the offense of it? Do
| we need a special law that says you aren't liable for acts of others. We are over-legislated as it is, so laws that just re-iterate common-law ideas that are obvious contribute to
| that problem.
On a personal note for you, you seem to be a supporter of BSV, yet you are against government controls of speech. These seem incompatible as a large part of what Craig
| & co do is try to use the legal system to force people to comply with their wishes, which seems to be the antithesis of the real Satoshi's motivations. He's a turd in the punchbowl
| that completely contaminates *any* good ideas that come from that group I'm afraid.
