Each one uses it's weapon. For roger it's bitcoin.com, not lawsuit, but he is obviously abusing from that weapon and confusing a lot of people between bch/btc saying Bitcoin is bch
But BCH is bitcoin Bitcoin is not an enforceable registered trademark. It is essentially a generic term. BCH complies with the white paper and originates back to block no. 1.
