Do you have anything to support your take on what happened other than conjecture? At least Roger has said he knows the owner of the account.
If it was taken maliciously, then we would have heard more than Roger's "it might have happened or not" comment.
Exactly. that explains why he couldn't said what happened - selling an account is against the tos
Unless the person/organization that took it has threatened him somehow. Say it's twitter and they will give out his identity if he says anything or blockstream has something on him.
That would open twitter to a really ugly lawsuit. highly unlikely.
