Meditate once every day. This keeps your mind somehow in check and gives you more control. With time this gets better and better... and remember to stay calm. If you don't manage to get completely relaxed in the first days, don't judge yourself. Forgive yourself - just keep this habit and do it the next day..... it will become easier and easier.
