People think it's so easy to buy a gun on the black market. These people don't sell to just anybody. If that's the excuse, it's a very poor one.
You can also create a gun by yourself. Building a firearm is extremely easy. Single shot firearms are built from a length of pipe an end cap a steel rod and a spring can make a gun.
