Just open any bch browser, search your memo address, then you will find out the history.

but isn't it weird? Shouldn't there be a notification when someone drops an amount of BCH in your memo account?

Yea, I think it's something Memo is working on in the future. Right now there's no way to know what token ID it's coming from unless it's included somehow.
