What circumstances? If you can defend yourself from a cop and do so safely, then do it.
And why would something matter to you if you knew it was objectively incorrect?
This is terrible advice. You’ll wind up in legal trouble, injured, or dead. You always comply with law enforcement, then let the courts decide if it was unjust.
Its not advice. Its truth. Do what you want. But you're not morally required to do anything against your rightful consent.
That sounds like “sovereign citizen” bullshit. Avoid the hassle and legal trouble. Just comply and fight it out in court. You might get $$ out of it instead of getting shot.
