Slaying it's because we're careful now. What about the same area reporting hiqh numbers for Covid? People always forget- America likely has more reports on this because of TESTING.
To expect ppl to believe only one person actually had a serious enough to report flu in Africa. If it was because we're careful they wouldn't be getting Covid much either.
That is how you are wrong. People told to self isolate for symptoms are not counted. Flu, or Covid, they go uncounted unless tested. Testing more is not why the USA has more cases.
They do not estimate the numbers. Only confirmed cases are counted. Also the CDC is not the source in the USA.

#s reported. But the report itself via the obviously inaccurate results showed how the reporting system in that country is very flawed. Use logic
