And I logged back out and in again just now, and it AGAIN cleared my wallet to a new address.

I had problems like that, too. I had the same user with different browsers and different addresses. Besides, my recovery phrase has only 11 words!
I can sort of understand it can happen with different browsers, since the Memo wallet data is created locally. But in my case it is literally happening on same browser - no change!
I have been logged in with a browser for a long time. Only there I see the 12th word. But there I have another address.
Strange. I've no explanation, but I must say Honest.cash's wallet handling with browsers does seem to need some improvement.
