Yes, but unfortunately it has no traction. LBRY.com is also a decentralized Youtube-alternative that has traction (millions of users) and the earning token is LBC.

And I have heard of LBRY.com but haven't checked it yet.
But it doesn't matter that LBRY doesn't use BCH as the currency. It's native token, LBC, can be exchanged with e.g. simpleswap.io to BCH or something else.
