Yes. Regarding past mistakes, let's not delve too much on that. Everybody makes mistakes, and I am convinced that there was NO bad faith from ABC behind it (tbh. I think some used the
backlash in bad faith). So, going forward I think it is important to recognize those that work with a professional mindset and focus on what needs to be done.
