Any easy way to start is listen to this audiobook. Keep in mind, you may have to watch it over and over again to get more nuance.

I listened to his audiobooks ten years ago and I totally understood the concept from the first moment, i also recommended that book and gave it away to friends.

But actually that book simply explains what mindfulness is while taking you on a mental journey of the opposite. I think going into the forest is the best practice for mindfulness.
