I am not completely sure that making more censorship resistant solutions actually "improves the world". Generally, technical solutions to political problems tend to fail.
The argumentation for "does not improve the world" could be something like if really censorship resistant file sharing becomes "mainstream", it will be easier to make it illegal.
Find/add some material that it is easy to get the masses to agree that we cannot have free access to (bioweapon stuff or whatever), and then change laws with public support.
