People tend to forget that Bitcoin is foremost a social experiment. It is still growing and changing with the needs of the system. Some of the top 5 miners in the
world are saying: "I wish that BCH will be doing better in the future, and the BCH/BTC price ratio will increase from the current 4% to 10%, 20%, 30%, or even higher."
They are saying they want to help the network because they are part of it. It hasn't been tried before. We need to introduce a new way to fund the Devs! *So let's try this because
it only hurts us, the miners,but it helps the Devs a lot more than it hurts us!* The community should understand that nobody else is going to pay! If the community cares as much as the
miners are doing right now, maybe we woudn't be in this situation right now! So instead of watching the Devs struggle for money, they are going "to direct 12.5% of BCH coinbase rewards
to a fund that will support Bitcoin Cash infrastructure" I understand the rage.But once you get over it,you understand that these funds are also helping you, the User! With these funds
the Devs/Miners can pay for a lot of infrastructure work that in the end benefits every user of the network! I'm not sure how everybody keeps missing this! That's the point of Bitcoin!
All parties Must work together or else we are doomed to fail! The experiment is ON and now we are going to see some Action! I love this s***!
So in case I haven't made myself clear: Some of the top 5 miners in the world just announced that they are going LONG on BCH and are also donating a pretty large sum of BCH to Devs!
