Yep, they have stopped pushing new commits to public repository.

If I want to send someone a message in Memo, I use the send function instead of @. I send him some satoshis with a message.

Not bothered tbh. paging users is one of the very basic features that people have been asking for ages. Memo dev doesn't give a shit.
