Maybe find something alternative to have on hand when you get the craving to smoke. Like carrots or even some candy. Maybe some alcohol - as long as it doesn't make you an alcoholic
I've never seen anyone recommending alcohol (a hard drug) to fight nicotine addiction before. :)
