Yeah, the Egyptians were making these blocks, like some type of concrete, that is why this has a giant hand print on it, it hadn't finished drying when the giant had picked it up.
I am sure we can find more hand prints and maybe some foot prints, but we would have to investigate like all the blocks probably.
I am thinking they made these stone blocks out of some material, and when the giant went to pick it up and move it, it was still soft and left these finger prints.
Or the quarry where they get this from already had this imprinted on it. I don't know what kind of stone it is.
