the purpose of the child token is that all child tokens are indexed under a specific parent token

they would be children though ETH NFTs are a little different then BCH SLP NFTs

an SLP token is basically a colored coin (I'm simplifying) where some sats are "colored" as a specific token where erc20 and erc721(nft) tokens are basically smart contracts
