Are we talking world or US? US, I guesstimate about 2-3 million deaths
I said "Americans", so where ever they are.
My estimate is 2 million deaths for US citizen only.
As in North Americans, South Americans, Latin Americans. Or only US citizen?
Real Americans. US Citizens. I don't think Canadians or Mexicans like to be confused for Americans, though they do inhabit North America.
Does that include Mexicans?
