Most countries could be far better prepared in general. But when this outbreak happened, there was some sense to not panic immediately. And it is hard to make best preventive measures.
It is so perplexing to see people die from it. Though I am positive that the disease will be wiped out some day, I don't like how it occurred in the first place.
