If we did find some uncencorable image host, and all technical issues were solved, how do we stop it being over run with nastyporn? That would kill memo even faster than outlawing it.

There are already illegal images stored on the blockchain (not in memo protocol). So technically, anyone with a copy of the blockchain is breaking the law. Unless you prune out the

I bet this is a real danger. But it is worth mentioning a court system that is "allowed" to force people to prove negatives is broken. It can be abused by the powerful to no end.

I see. As I understand it, memo can already be messed up pretty bad with simple words, you just need to know how and want to do it. I think the reason it is not, is it is fringe.

But I do see the point. But if the 3.rd party supplied filters that I have suggested for messages were supported and used, I suppose even nasty images could be made not so problematic.
