I see this as a battle. On one side, you have weakly organized, relatively uneducated and untrained (as "fighters") truckers, who have been lulled into a false sense of superiority.
On the other you have trained police with lots of riot gear (horses, acoustic weapons, guns, tear gas, ...), psychologists, military strategists, MSM control, control of "the law", ...
The latter started by a relatively passive "hands off" approach, at least physically. Now the two "armies" are like pressed up next to each other, and the stress is mounting.

Majority is one issue, "local majority" is another. A country can have 10 distinct regions, and a centrally controlled group can visit them in turn thus "appearing" 10 times stronger.
"Viisting in turn" is one fatal vulnerability the thugs can never adequately defend.

I am not sure what you mean here. What I mean is, the govt thugs can be a small minority but through proper centralized maneuvering have majority where it matters most at all times.

I never heard of this before. Even if true (I doubt it is) however, surely they can do some transport around and get some of these advantages?
That is, when this group visits one region, its size needs to be comparable in size with the the particular region only. When it visits a region it can put its "people" in charge.
In theory the "good people" can find strategies to counter this, but I believe it is very hard to do so in practice. People are just not ready for the decentralization it requires.

The strategy of "severing the roots" (which I think your shut down stuff refers to) is said by many to be an efficient strategy. However, it is easy to say, not so easy to do.
Difficult to organize and

Brainwashed people, which is mostly what we have to deal with, how do you "shut them down"? Many are well meaning, just misinformed. Some are little more crooked than you or I.
