What is the difference between the two?
BCH strategy is optimizing, sometimes at protocol level, to improve on-chain scaling. BSV believes optimizing can done be without modifying the protocol at all.
At the moment technically looking at both, there are very few differences. It's the future roadmap which is set in two opposite directions.
BSV want to get as close to the protocol as initially described and released by Satoshi. Removing unnecessary changes and limits added later by core. ABC wants further constant changes
