With so many conflicts of interest and so much freedom at stake I’d prefer to second guess everything pushed by the establishment. Same as global warming.
These things both are quite easy to back up, and in both cases a lot of the data is available to the public to check. You could call them "open source" in a way. They are verifiable.
There does not seem to be any actual freedom at stake though. Bringing in temporary safety rules during an emergency is not a restriction of freedom, and it is in the constitution.
