My BCHD node disagreed with an ABC node about a particular block difficulty(?!). Rejecting that block convinced BCHD that everything after was orphanage. Crashed the downstream.
No idea, my scope of attention is focused on what I am building. Something like that could happen, but probably only to fringe elements, surely not bitcoin.com.
