I like that they're pairing it with Tor. It's supposed to rival the anonymity of what one might enjoy with Monero.

I have heard of it but can't rem what it is.
It's the improvement on top of Cash Shuffle & will make privacy even better for users. Less chances of breaking anonymity for Bitcoin fungibility!
Is there a beta release I could try?
