And even then, one would need specialized equipment close to the body would one not? Also, the woman talks of "giving people diseases". I would think that's still super complicated?

I suppose we agree then. The whole thing may indeed be worth being aware of (or it could be nonsense). That is, "Covid vaxx" graphene (if it even is in there) may be a piece in a
a bigger puzzle, i.e. not at all the whole picture by itself, but still indeed one step in the direction of enslaving us all. Other evil uses would also be possible if this is true.
For example, such electrical signals could make it easier to find people who do not want to be found. Or indeed direct surveillance of people who bring no electrical devices.
