Its a spam account with a girl profile picture. I've noticed a few different accounts all with the same 'please Sir' lingo asking for $4-$5 dollars.
Those are just Philippine women lol.
But are they real Philippine women? Or are they scammers with pictures of Philippine women?
I am pretty sure most of them are Philippine women.
