Browser notifications are amazing - I was notified about a new comment and a "like" when I was watching a video in another tab (allowing me to reply immediately - not hours later)

all right, I'm in member and it's on.

Some technical details - if you're on desktop, the browser has to be open to generate the notifications. On mobile, it doesn't need to be open, but if you've blocked notifications from

I checked that too on both computers. I get 1 time a notification in the left corner but the second and third time I replied it didn't do anything
replied 1711d
Ok. Do I understand that you're replying to yourself? It will automatically disregard notifications for replies to self. But you should get one for this.

I don't know if this has anything to do with not getting notifications but when I switch on notifications I see on the bottom of the page a very tiny message: "TypeError: Cannot Read

You could try clearing out the cache on your browser for the site and reloading
replied 1710d
I did, but still the notifications don't work
same in linux
replied 1710d

I tried latest FIrefox and some chromium based browsers but no alerts.
