Average fees on BCH will remain at current levels until the transaction rate is about 32x that of BTC. 7tps max is just embarrassing.
And before 32x is reached, the BCH blocksize limit will be raised again in combi with work on optimising block size use (such as Schnoor) and block propagation (CTOR, graphene, etc)
