I use BCH almost daily since local supermarket started accepting it. And almost nobody here knows of DASH, except as a washing powder. Unfortunate name choice for this part of Europe.

Do I have to use Elipay Wallet or can I pay with any wallet?

NO need to use Elipay. So far, I tried: Electron Cash, Bitcoin.com, Badger, Crescent Cash wallets.
The wallet has to be able to read the BIP21 URI embedded in the QR code.
