Maybe it is just me, but since Covid, My ADHD is out of control, I am wondering is it disciple lost or a neural change? I had Covid, No VAX. Noticed my Scotopic Sensitivity Syndrome is progressively getting worse

Do you do any excercise to treat your ADHD? There are microdosage to focus with neutropics.
I work best with high frequency people, I think on my feet with a white board for planning, with instrumental techno. Its frustrating because it is all in the environment
